Vacuuming is one of the basic jobs for cleaning, and the most required by clients. A good vacuuming can change the look of a house by itself. A good vacuuming must be done at any job, especially if pets or children are at home.
Do not hit the vacuum pole against the walls to prevent any scratches. Also, check the space to walk with the vacuum backpack; it is normal to hit objects when you are turning around.
Check the vacuum conditions
Check that the vacuum cord is in good condition and the vacuum is empty.
Check that you have all the vacuum accessories with you.
Use of the vacuum
Vacuum any cobwebs all around the house.
Use the vacuum with two hands to avoid pressure on the wrist.
Use the vacuum head according to the floor type (with a brush for hard floor, flat head for carpet).
Use a smaller head to reach corners.
Check the vacuum conditions
Vacuum the bathroom when the floor is dry to remove all the dust and hair.
Vacuum the kitchen when the cleaning is finalised. Reach all the corners to remove all the dust and food.
Vacuuming bedrooms, laundry and common areas
Vacuum the whole floor, taking care to remove all the dust and dirt.
Vacuum under the bed, sofas or behind furniture.
Open the door to vacuum wardrobes and changing rooms, and always vacuum behind doors.
Vacuum under mats or small rugs.
