- Cabinetry: Deep cleaning of all cupboards (inside and out), including removal of any remaining food debris or stains.

- Sinks & Taps: Descaling and polishing of stainless steel sinks and chrome tapware.
- Appliances: External and internal cleaning of office microwaves if remaining.
Restrooms (High-Sanitisation)
- Toilet & Urinal Deep Clean: Full disinfection and descaling of all porcelain fixtures.
- Wall Tiles & Grout: Scrubbing of wall tiles and grout lines to remove moisture-related grime.
- Mirrors & Vanities: Polishing of mirrors and deep cleaning of vanity surfaces and under-sink areas.
- Floors: Mopping and sanitising with commercial-grade disinfectants.


Storage & Loading Bays
- Debris Removal: Sweeping out of storage closets and loading dock areas.
- Door Tracks: Cleaning of sliding door tracks or roller door internal frames.

To provide the best End of Lease Cleaning Experience, Blue Clean needs to be provided with the following:
- An emergency contact if you are going interstate or overseas and can not be contacted.
- The property must have electricity and water available to operate our equipment.
- Provide location instructions for free parking availability. Additional charges may apply if free parking is not available at the property or nearby.
- It is understood that end-of-lease cleans for unfurnished properties must be clear of furniture and any other items. Items left abandoned will be considered rubbish and disposed of. Blue Clean´s customer care team must be informed of any items left for our cleaners to leave in the requested house area. Our customer care team can be reached via phone calls, text messages, email or chat online.
