Blue Clean Management system has implemented different procedures and processes framed into several management objectives.

Health
Protect, promote, and improve the health and well-being of our staff and contractors through the work performed, achieving 90% or more.
Minimise to 5% or less the occupational exposures of our personnel and contractors. Security.
Provide a work environment where people can work safely and understand their rights and obligations towards a safe workplace by maintaining 0% accident records.
By 2022, Blue Clean will have 90% standardised processes and protocols for hygiene and safety programs at work, which will be constantly updated in accordance with the changes that take place with the legislation of the NSW government.
Environment
Maintain all the company’s activities in compliance with the standards for pollution and damage to the environment in 90% or more, through quarterly training that is carried out.
100 % good practices for the prevention of pollution of local water resources through proper storage and/or disposal of waste materials.
Reduce the generation of solid waste to 5% or less.
Maximise the reuse of chemical material safely if possible, 100%
Ensure that 100% of the staff are aware of the importance of an efficient waste management practice.
Protect 100% if possible, the safety and health of our employees, work site personnel and the public in general, attending to the standards and protocols established in the procedures and in the risk matrix.
Quality
By 2022, reach an annual growth of 10% in the annual revenue (business growth) in relation to the year 2021, trying to cover other services that the population demands
Achieve increased customer loyalty by 80%, based on the business model and the established continuous improvement process.
Assess and correct 95% of customer complaints as part of the warranty and client satisfaction policy’s commitments.
Risk Management
Identify the hazards present in the local workplace and assess the risk of each identified hazard using the Blue Clean Services HSE Risk Management Methodology to maintain 0% accidents or incidents in the workplace.
Maintain 100% updated control plans in accordance with the control hierarchy.
Record 100% of actions that have been taken to eliminate or mitigate the risk in the relevant hazard notification document.
Ensure that 100% of the implemented controls are reviewed, and the effectiveness of the risk controls is monitored.
Ensure that a record is kept of at least 95% of the identification, evaluation, and control process.
