Inspection – House
It is mandatory to do inspections before starting the cleaning service.
Inspect and report
Report if the doors are open or the keys are not in place.
Report if there is a safety or health risk (Fire, falling objects, electric hazards, etc).
Report any damaged items (chairs, TVs, computers, etc).
Report any additional services that are needed and not included in the work order.
Take photos of the service
From the list above, always take a photo and send it to the supervisor/team support.
Do not commence the service until the report is done, and wait for the supervisor/team authorisation to start the service.
When finishing the service. Take photos of key areas of the property as evidence of the service performed.
