The area of food preparation is the customer’s most appreciated place. These steps would let you perform an efficient kitchen cleaning.
Empty kitchen bench and sink
Clean dirty dishes and place them in the cupboards, as per the client’s REQUIREMENT.

If the client requires it, empty the dishwasher or place the dirty dishes inside.

Clean dishwasher edges and door in and outside.

Clean kitchen sink
Clean inside the sink, use bleach and a sponge; if there is any stain in the drain, use a brush to reach deep spots.

Rinse all the surfaces and polish the sink tap.

Kitchen wipe down

Use a microfibre cloth and multipurpose chemical.
Clean outside of cupboards, detailed cupboard handles, and edges close to the stove.
Only clean inside cupboards if the client requires it.
Clean kitchen appliances: Remove grease and polish kettles, toasters, and bowls.

Wipe down the fridge outside, clean from inside if the client requires.

Wipe down the microwave inside and outside.

Clean kitchen bench: do not use abrasive chemicals (bleach) on marble material. Lift or move objects to wipe under.

Remove grease and food stains
Clean stove: Use dishwasher, sponge and scraper if necessary.

Clean ceramic or glass wall behind the stove: remove any marks of oil or food.

Wipe the range hood and extractor with a multipurpose product and a microfibre cloth.

Clean the oven door, inside and outside, with a microfibre cloth, and remove any obvious food waste in there.

Clean and remove the rubbish bin
Take out the bin liner.

Clean the bin from inside and outside using a multipurpose product and a kitchen paper towel.

Place a new bin liner and tight that up.

Blue Clean Details
Clean the window sills.

Remove any visible cobwebs.

Clean skirting boards.

Clean the light switch and sockets.

Vacuum and mop
Vacuum the whole floor. Take out the vacuum pole if necessary, to reach all the corners

Prepare the mop with hot water and floor cleaning chemicals.

Remove with a scraper or a microfibre cloth any spots of food that remain on the floor.

Double check
Walk away and check from a distance if there is any stain on the kitchen bench.
Check sink is clean, no food or grease remaining and tap polished.
Do not leave any cleaning products behind. Avoid using the client’s chemicals.
