We support all three main methods of NDIS plan management to ensure maximum flexibility for participants and their teams:
Agency-Managed: We submit claims directly to the NDIA portal through our registered provider number.
Plan-Managed: We submit an itemized invoice directly to the participant’s Plan Manager for prompt payment.
Self-Managed: The participant pays Blue Clean directly, and we provide a detailed receipt so they can claim reimbursement from the NDIA.
